Bay Area Startup Company is looking for two motivated individuals to help with 2D artwork for a video game proof of concept project. This includes character, monster, concept art, environment, background, objects, and visual effects creation.
Interested applicant's should have experience with drawing 2D artwork and working software products such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent products. Experience with Adobe/Macromedia flash or Experience with 2D Animation a bonus. We will be willing to provide basic Adobe Flash training for dedicated individuals.
This project is great for someone looking to take a step into the video game industry, a taleneted student looking to gain real work experence, or an established artist looking for the chance to join a startup company.
Interested parties should send a portfolio or a link to an online portfolio, Demo Reels or previous work. Previous project/game experience a plus. Please include sample artwork or other items such as 2D character art, sketches, paintings and/or color studies.
