hi my name is scott marshall, im 15 years old and i am training to become a matte painter and concept artist
here are some of my sketches!!!!

i just see 3 red "x".To upload, go in advanced reply mode, make sure you pics are of a decent sixe (lets say they shoudn't be wider than 700 pixels), and use the "attachment manager".Other image hosting methods can't be used anymore (read the sticky in the Skechbook area) (btw, new users should read ALL the stickies here and i the Lounge BEFORE posting).

yeah, a good start.The were cat looks quite cool.MAke sure you keep studying the basics of anatomy, with your imagination stuff, it will only improve the overall quality.

You need to learn the basics before you'll have much luck with complex paintings and human anatomy from imagination. Draw from life.

Frankly I'm skeptical that the "sketch i did with the help of feng zhu's dvds" is actually your work. The gap in quality between that and your other work here is significant. Don't get yourself blacklisted before you've even had a chance to start, kiddo.

seedling i realice that if it wasnt for the dvds i woldnt of been able to do that. feng zhu is ovusly better than me by miles and im only starting out so every sketch helps!!

hi here is a sketch i am working on took me half an hour but its not finished
the dragoons hands and feet ar hard to do so it will be a will befor it is finished!
remember im only 15 !

You've got great imagination, post more!
edit: the only crit i might be qualified to give would be maybe work on your structure, draw from a photo of a real skull, study, and shading, find out how you would shade skin, bone, etc.

hope that helps some. =/

dont smudge to save time shading either shade or dont.. smudging just looks like bad shading, get some paints !

hi guys sorry for the massive break!
my exams were getting in the way of everything!

through the break though i had some spare time do work on shading!!!

im definetly getting better though!!
