Sure I know it isn't Christmas season, but the art for cards, etc. is done way ahead of time to allow for production and cataloging, and selling to buyers, all that stuff. (Just did some card art a couple of weeks ago.)
This particular piece was done for a corporation's magazine cover - that copyright thing is needed to cover my ;) with this client)
Did it using Painter and PhotoShop - digital from the ground up.
