It's in the final stage, the sword will have some blood and there will be poles and flags on the BG, like a battlefield.
I still think it laks something, please give me a hand.
thanks.
I almost forget, it's the tarot card based in a RPG fantasy character.

I love the blue in the sky as an individual element, but it seems disjointed from teh rest of the image. It looks like sunset, should the sky be that bright (or that color) at sunset? And I'm assuming you;re going to tighten up some of thos cloth elements. Her face is so detailed, yet so small- would it hurt the image to crop in just a tiny bit, to make the figure a smidge bigger? It would be tricky, you've cropped in right where it feels safe, but experiment. You might find something you like better. And if not, at least you checked it out.

the head is very small.. and the hands are very large. the torso is very thin and hardly has any curvature. honestly, im not even sure if this is a male or female.. the way the river disappears to the horizon makes it seem as if the pile of skulls 'shes' shes positioned on is very very high.
the painting is great, very nice use of colors and nice smooth blending. but the drawing itself is quite flawed.. fix it if you can.. if not, learn from this and try to avoid this next time. - JAG

I think what it lacks is the contrast in texture and detail. Right now everything is just too evenly smooth. The picture just lack a good focal point. Try to lead the eye more to his face, then down to his sword and you'll have a nice piece.
Very nice job so far though. :)

I really love the idea... the colors... but details are what you need (as was already suggested) some details, some difference... and something to draw the eye too.
(I love the tree in contrast to the background, it fits with the theme of skulls death and all that.)

lovely colours and composition
but it's just wrong concerning anatomy:
-arms too thick, feet too big
-head too small
I'd like to see the sketch

I agree with whats been said already, but its a nicely done piece of work nethertheless. I love the idea and the colours used and the shading is pretty neat as well.
Crit wise, i'd say the head is too small compared to the hands, which look rather huge. Like what with JAG said, its difficult to see what gender this character is, but i'd have to say it is a male, but i can't be sure. Its proberly nothing, but i can't quite see whats happening with the their left foot. Is it behind their right leg? I'm just too blind to notice it lol.
I love the weapon s/he is holding and i like the way you can see the light reflecting off the blade. Pretty cool and i like it ^^

Perfect people, thanks a lot.
McLean: thanks a lot, good point in the sky. At first this image wasn't in the sunset, so that Simpson’s blue is part of the first stage. I guess I have to remove it or replace it with something equally magical or intriguing. The cloths are far away from been finished, so don't worry, it will improve. I will experiment with the proportions.
JAG.: thank you. The reason for the big hands is to give a sense of strength, but as I said before, I will experiment with the proportions. The issue about HIS gender means no problem at all, this race, known commonly as elves (J.R.R. Tolkien kind of elves by the way) are supposed to look 'miscellaneous', so I guess I achieved the goal rendering the 'gender' of the character.
killerpenguin: thank you, great tip.
Serena-: thank you, your request will be achieved.
Infinit: thanks, as I said, I will experiment with the proportions.
John_the_One: thank you, believe me, the proportions will be examined. The left foot is just sketched in this step, I was not sure about it, but I starting to like it.
Here is the line art (sorry, no sketch).

Her arms are too big which is making her hands too big also (at least according to her head size). I love the "airiness" of the lineart though. My opinion is that the lineart is so much better than the painting. I would just work on her huge "Popeye" forarms and hands, cause she don't look like the kind of gal who eats spinach! :)
