both hands need a serious reworking.

the character is floating above the rest of the image. unless this is intended, you need to work him into the picture re perspective and shadow.

i'd personally like to see some heavier shadow underneath the car and more depth to the forground . also, the forresty area seems to unfocused re distance.

i love the bridge tho...and the colour scheme on the char.

I have to agree about the character floating in the foreground. He definitely does not feel like he is in the scene. I am not entirely sure on a solution but I'll point out a few key things that jump out at me.

I realize there is no strong light source but your character is missing a shadow which can help tie him to the ground.

The car and the golden gate share similar colors and intensity vs the guy’s jacket is a brilliant red. Traditionally, a vehicle is going to have a more vibrant color than clothing. I am not suggesting that it can't be the way you have it but it’s definitely is odd. I would probably tone the characters colors down to match the rest of the scene or increase the intensity of the other colors to the level of the character.

The vehicle as it is now, well I know is stylized but a few things could make it better. The front left quarter panel has a huge gap between the wheel and the fender vs. the rear wheel and its fender. I would definitely pull that gap down to match the depth of the rear. You also have a streak that flattens out the corner on the front quarter panel. I have no clue what it is or why you choose to do that. Overall the car feels like you are really far away with a camera and taking a picture with a 300mm lens which shortens the perspective. I think this is another element that makes your character look out of place because the perspectives don't match. I am starting to get a little picky here but the angle of the car and its window plus the focal point make me think it could not be reflecting mountains, unless they were JUST HUGE (last I checked the Presidio didn't have hills that big :P). I am pretty sure it would be all sky the way its sitting now. There is also a weak shadow going across the hood and I am unsure of what is causing that.

Anyway I hope this helps.
