This was supposed to be the small corner of an www.ettisonclio.com poster. No one ever sent me pictures of the rest of the band members and i just really started getting into this piece.

This is the "new style" i want to push for my illustrations/thesis. Victorian era/Steam Punk. Digital work w/ textures, i'm gonna try to add actual oil paint to the technique.

Few tweeks here and there and I'll get to those sometime but yeah, here it is. It's my favorite piece and I hope to create more that are more unique and push in further directions. I just prayed about my art and boom this happened.

suggestions welcome.

Like the details and textures in the face in particular.
Personally I would add a different local color to the gloves(whiter) to give a little more seperation.
