As the city sleeps, the occasional bone hunter, a type of illegal stalking droid,
scavenges the streets for hobos in order to kill them and consume the precious bone marrow for energy.

I don't know what I was thinking, just couldn't finish it... the idea was cannibal pseudo cyborgs eating at a pseudo mcdonalds...
Anywyas, done in 5B pencil, about half an hour, 45 minutes, not sure...

EDIT: Well, this just didn't let me sleep, but I wouldn’t do it again, so I re-worked over it with charcoal… I know I did not correct most of the problems point out in this piece, but at least I think it does look better… messier, yes, but just a tiny little bit better …
Or that’s just me trying to appease my conscience… Oh, glad some of you liked the idea, it’s good to know at least one thing did go well…

Blue_Tiger: Ouch. That's gotta hurt. Nice rendering. I particulary like the pose of the victims head.
CrazyHarij: I like it. The face has just the right amount of strokes to it.
sandworm: Hehe. Neat little concept. Nice angle.
dragonflajka: Looks promising. I like the expression on the guy's face.
hergo: Haha... McLimb. I like the guy being to one side and the arrangement of the background people, but the perspective of the floor and table edge don't match and it's distracting me. Also his right arm is too long.
machzero: Cool design. love the way the jawbone detaches.

You try waking up with a prop where your mouth used to be and not being full with rage.

Heyo,
This is my first post. These forums make me want to get a lot better. Fast. ^_^ I've been doing graphic design for so long I've forgotten how to draw, but I so want to get better.
Sorry he has no whirly thing you can see – I wanted it to be like a statue you would find in a weird cannibal Roman society. Lol. I normally draw anime style art, but in the interests of getting better I am going to try other things. I read the one post on copying the masters, so I tried to do something like a Da Vinci sketch. I feel very inadequate trying to copy the masters.
I also used an image of a statue of a guy eating an arm as reference. No joke, here it is.

Horsefly, The textures bring the piece to life. I need to figure out how to do that.
Machzero, its real concept art...thats nicely done...
Crustacean the detail is great in your piece, and the tile is a great touch, like something from Mario Brothers.
Dragon, try touching up a few edges with a detail brush, it may look sweet.
By far my best DS and certainly my best piece off the wacom. My talents starting to translate to the little bugger. I like this one a ton...

Great stuff, Concrete! Use of light is really good, and cool composition as well.
Estrata, nice work as well. I like the idea of doing stuff from the masters, and where did you find that statue??
Horsefly and Machzero both, great detail as usual!
Nice action in yours, Crustacean.
