This guy...is genius.
Knew his stuff since I was a kid (well, younger then ;)) but I just got his new album "Return of Dr. Octagon" and you really MUST hear it, inspiring for futuristic peices and is generally good fun!

Wow thanks for making this thread. I never heard of Dr Octagon, but ive been listening to samples of his stuff after I first read this. Its pretty awsome stuff. I like it.

Heard one tune of Dr. Octagon on Gilles Peterson Worldwide and i liked it, some tunes from "Cannibal Ox" and other tunes produced by "El-P" are also trippy, check out "Ohmega Watts" and "Jneiro Jarel" for spaced out triphop/hiphop.
