Oh and can a mod move this to FINE ARTS, STUDIES, AND DISCOVERY?

Imagine FX had an issue on manga coloring, with a walkthrough and different techniques. Painting like that is not very challenging, since it's mostly flat color, so you can probably pick it up just from observation and practice.
And...I am too old I guess, I have no idea what a mod is.

Get a digital coloring program and learn about layers.
