The top one is nice, though the feet and face aren't detailed.Nice shoulders! You are loosing the pelvis shape a bit, watch that:) The sitting pose has a lot of issues, and I think it's mainly the shading on the back being too complex to tell us what is going on there, and the overall shape is a little jumbled. Cool work though, post more!
