hi. i've come to the end of my education roadtrip in my country and is due to be enlisting into the army in 2 months. i'm interested in furthering my studies after my army tenure(about 3-6years). i've done some research and it seems the cheapest is Ringling. i've visited their site and while helpful, most of the information are valid only for local students.
so how is it for a foreign student to apply for the school? it also states that at least a statement from a current lecturer is required, but what if i can get one? also, how do i go about submitting my portfolio? thats all the questions i can think of right now early in the twilight hours of the morning, and i would be grateful if any of the ringling people can respond to this.
