I'm Not sure what type of artis I need? Help!

Ok, guys, I'm not much of an artist so I don't know the differance types and styles that are out there. All I know is I need an image done for me. I attached an example of one that I like, but I obviously can't use it without permission and I'm unable to find the owner. Is there anyone who can reproduce this image in little more detail, and a solid white background. Maybe adding some more evilness to it?

Here is a better image we found.. We actually like this one better.. Please feel free to PM me a quote or shoot me an email if this is something you can make but in a better more 3dish look and feel.
