work on your anatomy...
the legs have different lengths, ditto with the arms.
try to learn how many bones and muscles there are in an arm and a leg, that will help you draw anatomically correct bodies.

take your time when drawing, concentrate on the details.

the face? not sure what to say to help you there.

He doesnt have one arm... O_o pretty much think of terminator 2 the liquad terminator has arms that morph into blades thats what his arm is... and just wondering how is the left leg different? i can't see it being really different

As to your leg question, I think (note I'm thinking...not good) that the pants or lower clothing on this character make one leg look longer than the other. If the left leg (viewer's left) is supposed to be further in front of the right leg, there are no visual cues that the leg is coming forward (folds in the cloth, overlapping shapes, drop shadow, etc.) because it's only contoured.

It looks like a stitched-together being made from angels and demons and tortured souls. How close am I on that? What did you mean it to be?

It's an interesting character, but it needs some work (anotomy, reference pictures to work from, cloth studies). I'd like to see a couple a versions of this as you learn. I think it'd be fun to watch your progress and rewarding as well.

Your half correct. The concept is that he is a stitched together sabature made by a alien race made to look human but he is undead. as for the wings the idea is that his body slowly evolves over time so eventually he grew wings although at first they just looked like angelic wings the thing is because he is undead his wings are molting revealing the demonic looking wings below... but thanks ill try to take care of that he is the rp character i use that is why there is so much backstory...
