you're doing good
drawing should be done for the enjoyment and truthfully, nobody is born with the talent but everyone has the potential, the skills are just developed by practicing. Something I should have done years ago.

I think you've got the potential, but if you want to get better you should focus on the basics a while. Do sketching from life, get down your perspective and basic shapes (good ole cube, cylinder and sphere). Also, free it up, let it loose. Don't grab your pencil by the lead and just use your hand, draw with the whole arm. It's even more fun, i assure you. And like the guy in the other post said: it comes with a LOT of practice.
