Do you guys know any good books to learn concept art by?

I believe there's a sort of "inside look" book dedicated to concept art from ballisticpublishing.com coming soon; there's also quite a few recommendations of great art books in this thread one could learn from:

Concept art is a field, not a style, you can't "learn concept art" but you can learn representational realist artwork.

I'd suggest starting with a Loomis or Bridgeman human anatomy book.
