I think the name should stand out more.There is a lot of stuff going on so it takes a while to know what we're looking at

I would say, saturate the name a bit more, so it jumps at you.

the skull, while being the center of the piece, doesnt really have a lot going on in the color department. The background is more interesting right now, making the skull look a bit dull. Add some color to it to make it more lively.

Also, have a look at some pics of teeth, to make the skull more convincing.

I would also say the hole of the nose is a bit too big.
