So after literally a few months of pondering, coding, cursing, coding, forum surfing for HTML snippets and more coding, I'm pretty sure I've reached a decent and affective website design. There isn't a whole lot of art, but I'm working on that :) For now, it's hosted on my school's server, but I've bought a domain name that points to it...

I'm looking more for comments focusing more on functionality than aesthetics, but I'll take what I can get.

Well, I know you'll hate to hear this, but it works great in Firefox but NOT in IE, and 80% of your clientele will be using IE. Not all people searching for artists are willing to download a new browser, so functionality in the top used one is key.

But besides that, I really like the design. It's simple and grey and easy to navigate. Your art stands out and that's what matters. Nice work on that.

It worked nice in both Mozialla FireFox and with Internet Explorer
+ Opera , however, set the border to zero on your thumbnails and it will work
great!!!

Nice website , good design, easy to use, art on first page!
Awsome!

What problems are you specifically experiencing in IE? I had some problems in IE earlier and I thought I had fixed them (works fine on my comp), but maybe I'm wrong... I changed some JavaScript around, so please check again and let me know if the results are different.

Dile- I set the image borders to zero. Figured it wasn't totally necessary to have them after all. Thanks for the input!

Perfect, taco. Looks like you fixed the problem. Works fine in IE now.
