The pose looks like him, but other than that I would think it was another guy. This is a line drawing so those little bits of smudgy rendering aren't doing much, get rid of those. The line work has a little bit of dynamism I assume the forehead would be highlit if this were fully rendered. Read "Edges!" in the tutorials section, the same tips apply to line. Use longer lines, beware the petted line.
