my big brother is a hobby bodybuilder for 9 years now and he's pretty strong and well built. he explained to me what this guy's doing to himself on a weekly base. injecting oil into his arms to pump them up. the oil does no harm at all just inflates his muscles. he'll probably have saggy arms when he's off of his weekly dose of... OIL!
btw. since I started drawing I am eyeing my brother to get a better feeling of muscles and anatomy. he's a big help!
