I'm interested in learning if there are any particularly good art programs that anyone knows of in the Northwest area. This can include Art Universities and regular Universities. I'm most interested in finding good illustration and drawing programs, as I plan to go into concept art.

Related to that, what general advantages are there to an exclusively art school over a regular school?
