Scroll down a tad:

The talk is about generation of content. All possible generated content from a rule system is refered to as a possibility landscape. A musician doing generated music has to find which seed gives the most appealing way through this landscape. While physisists are trying to figure out what the rule system in our universe is, game designers are trying to figure out what rule system yields the most interesting universes, or possibility landscapes. An interesting aspect is that it's hard to predict which seeds gives what output. It's a bit like Halting Problem (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halting_problem) I suppose, you have to actually check out every possibility to see where it ends up. Humans are much better at this than computers, making us superior at Chess or especially GO.

Then WW gives his little Spore speech, and if you'll heard it before you'll recognize most of it.

Then they go on and briefly mention Copyrights and how they would work with procedurally generated content.

After that talk was announced I checked that page every day to see if it had been uploaded yet. It was a great listen.
