the first portrait was inspired by a dream, and the dream was inspired by some letters I have been reading, they all flow down the same philosophical vein of thought,

energy dream may 24

these aka "letters" I have been given change the way I think and percive everything, I will be devoting more of my art twoards illustrating thier wisdom, I can not talk about them but I can share thier influence with you.

Are these letters in anyway related to anything that you have been working with at retro? If so..... interesting ... :o

no i was ink, these letters have nothing to do with video games at all.

Android, I want to thank you. Your dedication and inspiration in your art has made me pushed myself to draw everyday. Also I recently cut my hair into a mini mohawk. it feels great, and I dont care what anybody thinks about it.

Beautiful work andrew, the concepts and your pencil strokes are just amazing.
I wish to see many more like this!
Oh god, these have got me so pumped up!
If only i know what those 'letters' were...I have a feeling I will never find out though ;)

the first i thought of you emerging from an eye, selfperseption perhaps. the second seems as if your falling into your self, tell me if i'm wrong but it would seem like the angle was more drastic by the edge of the paper. the last one, tell me it's not a part of the emerald queen dragon, and you getting through the shell. rebirth. the double helix is excellant, nice touch, even though it was probably in your dream, it explains a lot.
