composition/figure help

I feel I have a good idea going here, but I'm not sure if if its really that visually appealing yet as an artwork..

Im actually quite lost, so any suggestions on how to make this better looking to the average onlooker?

all Ive thought of is mabey adding an upper light or changing the figure/background ratio.. but any other suggestions are much welcomed... thanks!

the only thing i'd do is change the lightning on the head...make it more "realistic",like on her left arm...otherwise i see nothing that needs improvement:)
