im liking it, the sketchy painter feel reminds me of mullins, in fact so does the subject matter

you guessed it, lol. the "hero" infact is none other than the great craig mullins. His work was my inspiration for this piece. So he was my hero for a day. Just a new thing i've been doing. Focused studies in other people styles to broaden my range of what i can do.

hell yeah dude, this is awesome. i gotta learn to do tablet stuff of this calibre.. .as soon as i get a tablet. i would suggest a little more contrast, even if you dont plan on finishing it. wanna see more.

Well the hero was the focus point, dont want to detract too much from him.... "but" when i do take a second look at it, you're correct it could use a little more contrast to help pop some things out.

metalwinds - dude you need to get a tablet.... im so glad i purchased mine. So great not have to buy brushes, pigment, or canvas anymore.:D

I'm also going to continue this piece and make it into a 3 panel triptych. depicting the opposing army holding to face the charge.
