This was hard to do. 2 hours a mouse and Photoshop. (no sketch refence.) People said that I will need to start using a wacom tablet. The gradations are a little ruff in the jpeg format. The nose is hard to do with a mouse.

This image is to big to image link it.
My painting (http://suesrock.net/home/pushaghetto/color/5leafwomanpainting.jpg)

I will sell this as a print for 20 (us) dollars. The money will go towards my wacom graphire2 fund (the tablet is 100 dollars). (contact ledpusha83@yahoo.com):)

Crits please. tell me the goods and bad.

Help a fellow artist out. :chug:

Learn how to draw faces. Her face looks like it's been trampled on a few times.. as in it's VERY flat (specially the nose). Get some anatomy books.. and I'll be buggered if I can count the number of times this link has been pasted... http://www.fineart.sk Everything you need to better your knowledge of anatomy.

Stay away from smudging the hair (why oh why do people abuse the smudge tool for hair?). And as Forge said, stay away from blacks for shadows.

I'm sorry to be the one to burst your bubble, but I really doubt you'll sell any prints. Just in case you're holding your breath for that Wacom.

Anyhoos, don't let anything I've said discourage you. Keep drawing! Determination will make you a better artist.
