first post-quick and semi quick environments

Hi everyone !
I've been lurking in the dark for long, admiring all the wonderfull works posted here, this time i decided to post :
this is something like my third series of attempts at doing something presentable with painter ...
Some of these would qualify as speed paints, some others don't..
please tell me what you think ! All comments and criticism are welcome !

Nice use of colour. I like the first one best. Got anymore refined pieces?

Yeah nice Colours. My one suggestion is try using some harder edges. All your stuff looks very soft. Like on the rocket, you need some harder edges on the rocket and on the forground equipment. Right now it just looks like a blob of colours in the smoke. Try and give them some definition.
Keep posting and keep working at it. I am.

done in about 1.5 hours, and just about everything in it sucks, she's slant eyed, the pic is flat, proportions are off, the nose is horrible..but well, this is like my 3rd attempt at a speedpainted character... criticism is more than welcome !
