Trying to link this avatar

Hi,
I am trying to link this avatar to my name and I can't. Is it setup like posting a regular image or is there something else I need to do? When I try to link it in the custom avatar section, it says that this is the wrong file format. Would appreciate any help.

CHeck if it is not a CMYK image.

and try saving it as GIF - that would help

Yeah the thingy says it takes JPG but I had to save mine as a GIF as well.

Ah whatever, it works now. ;)
