does anyone know anything about this artwork or know where i can find more concept art related to it? i love this one picture i was able to find and want to see more.

i guess the game has been pretty underwraps though so i wouldnt be suprised if noon has heard anything.

go to gamespot, they have a fair bit on it
apparently its being released on ps3/360 with episode 1 and 2 PLUS hl2 and a free singleplayer game
id give you a link, but im too damn lazy:)

That's awesome. I'd heard they were going with a stylized art style to it, but that's the first I've seen of it. I'm really digging it.

Can't wait for this. Portal sounds really cool too. Sort of a FPS Puzzle game that is going to be included with that and Episode 2.

Oh yeah, and for future reference this thread should've been posted in the Movies and Games forum.

sorry about posting in the wrong place.

yeah, i found out about how its being shipped and so forth from the news update thing on steam but i was just really interested by the concept art (which is why i posted here). did think to check out gamespot though, thanks for the tip.

ok, just checked gamespot...not what im looking for. according to google, valve hasnt released any concept art for the game yet.

The only thing thats been released is that one shot you found. Next week (this week?) they'll be releasing new videos.

ORLY? Where'd you get that from?
I like that picture so much, looks awesome.
One thing that bothers me a bit is the arm of the heavy guy, its in the middle of the picture and seems to be missing a wrist :/

I got that from Gabe Newell, the person in charge of Valve, as quoted from various gaming sites.

Holy Shit bat man! they are fianly coming out with TFC2? its been like 7 years since they anounced it. Its like Duke nukem forever of star craft goast... Hope full it will come out for the PC. i cant wait! used to play the old one..... man the memoreys! ...god damn spys.

Of course it is coming out for the PC... as long as you have steam or you buy Episode 1 or 2 via retail.

I cant wait for TF2 i sense a nice incredibles style and break from the overly realistic games that the community has been needing.

TF2 will be very cool..i love the stile ^^

regarding Portal = rumor has it that it will play in the Half-Life Universe...would be fun imo. Those Portal-game mechanics are looking awesome. But im wondering if this DOF-effect on the Portal-gun is actually in the game or just put in so that the trailer looks cool <_<

My thoughts exactly. Looks sooo nice. I'm not really into class based fps, but this looks too good to pass up.

holy crap. i cant wait for tf2. its been a long long long time since ive had pre release anticipation for a game. a pyro class for a multiplayer fps is such a great idea too!

as for the design, whish is why i started this thread, it reminds me of a more solid zalozabal
