You actually have ALOT more than just her arms to fix in this. The anatomy is all off all over the place. I would suggest that you take some life drawing class' and get some life drawing books, ie., "Drawing the Female Form" by Foster, "A Step-by-Step Guide to DRAWING THE FIGURE" by Raynes, and Dynamic Figure Drawing" by Hogarth. Those books will help you when you are constructing a human form from the mind. Of course cogent rescource material is VERY beneficial as well. You could also get "THE NUDE FIGURE, a Visual Reference Guide for the Artist" by Smith. It is a visual reference filled with both male and female models in different pose' for your practice pleasure. Keep at it though!

references, being studious, reading, and anatomy could help a lot. then sometimes we purposely distort porportions... Especially where certain genre's are concerned. I think you should do as suggested by the previous posters, but also maybe try to keep the style your own, without recreating just another anatomically correct female. Originallity, in my opinion, is key to being a good artist.
