I was just wondering if anyone has attended The College of New Jersey for fine art? If so did you like it? Did the program encopass everything that you wanted to do?..........Second part of my questioning is schools in new york for art.....Are art schools in new york accepted more highly than just regular art programs in a regualr college? Would SVA or another art school like that in new york be better to attend?........Thanks a lot for any help and advice....Oh yeah I will be attending The College of New Jersey this fall that's why I'm asking...Thanks

TCNJ? I thought that school was more well known for their math and science programs o.O Never went there, only heard of it through reputation during high school in NJ. Art schools in NYC may have a certain "prestige" since they're in one of the art capitals of the world. But, most schools all over the world have talented people teaching there. You do get benefits though, if say you go to SVA. Bunch of galleries everywhere, museums, lots of like-minded people...etc.
