I think her left leg is to deep and that think around her arm looks like it was painted on her.

2 things:

why not have the backlight green so she looks more attached to the background?

if u imagine her turning fully facewords, she's be pretty 'full' in the waist. nothing wrong with that, can be sexy, but then her legs would be relatively skinny. try and see it

Eyal: I just tried the highlight here (at home). Though it seems like a good idea, I actually didn't like the result. Feel free to try something and post it here, maybe you can come up with a result that looks good.

As for the legs, I've spent way too much time on that piece already - it was supposed to be a quick color job. I could continue to fix it forever, but I want to move on to a better one I'm working on as we speak. Thanks for that comment, though. I guess this is as good as it'll get, physically.

It's a gorgeous piece but I think she would loom a lot better if the ears were not so dominate feature...or make them look more like they are not so glued on her head ...like a Ferangy on Star Trek..his ears look like they fit on that head ..I would not say the same about her ..everything else looks awesome !! :chug:

Eyel you butcherd his art work could you take that down .. Maybe if you backlit it properly but that just looks silly ..

Just a suggestion for anyone using any type of ASIAN languages..learn a bit of it first. Don't just put it in an art piece for the sake of looking cool. Alot of people understand what it means.

Putting the words REVERSED looks silly to people whom understands the language. It is also disrespectful.

Maybe its intentional in this piece, but alot of game and movies tend to put chinese/japanese/korean/etc text backwards/upsidedown/etc.

Since you asked, it was intentional (hence the title, you know? - everything's wrong). But it's a Matrix, so you could also see it "from the other side" as in if you were inside the monitor or behind a mirror, that is: reversed.

But your point is well taken and should be respected.

I am not a technique critic. I have some insight into the human body though.

The tail and the front leg look like the characters leg. The other leg? It looks like a big one she is riding. That is why her face is twisted cause it is a REAL big one.

That is what I see. Don't have the skill to comment on the colors or drawing.

Two points, concerning the Matrix code.



The original Matrix code is actually comprised of a mixture of Japanese katakana characters (reversed) and sanskrit numerals, among other things. So having them backwards IS intentional, or at least it should be.


However, the code in this piece seems to be made of Kanji (chinese characters) which look far too complex and busy to be good Matrix code. But anyway, just wanted to clear that up.
