I dont understand?

Hey i wanna post art in the different forums but i dont understand how to, i tried to seek the help guide but i dont understand that HTML jibberish. can u not just attach one? it says i cant at the bottom, whats the deal?

* You can't attach, because that would eat server bandwidth.
* To post images you don't use HTML gibberish, you use the 'IMG' button in the post screen. It will cue you for a location for your image. Fill that in and it should work. It does put some html-gibberish-like stuff in the text of your post, that's called vB Code and it's how the server will know where to put the image.
* You need to host your own images on some server somewhere to be able to post them here. This may or may not cost you money to hire hosting. You have to ftp stuff there yourself.
* If the IMG button is not there, you need to switch on 'vB Code' in your User CP Options screen. That's located on the top of the page.
