Uhm...hello :bashful:

First, please excuse my bad english, I'm from germany an stil learning .. but I will understand the things you're writing, my problem is just writing myself :^^;:
Since 6 years im seriously interested in Concept designs.
The reason for that was the game Soul Reaver, I really love the Artworks which were made for this game.
Art is meaning everything to my, unfortunately I'm not improving.
So I would like you to criticise my sketches very hard :rendered:

cool stuff sinai, funny thing is final fantasy started my craving for art, next step is to start understanding how the body works and appears in different situations. and from there starting applying wot u have learnt to ur drawings, studies and still life help a great deal aswell since they improve ur line quality and perception of figures . that said ** I shall now runn off to follow my own advice** looking forword to seeing more

I love the Concept Art of Final Fantasy too. Tetsuya Nomura's stile is just great.

The first pictures are a bit older.
For the following I used a book about drawing, and the last one is a copy of a photo I found in the Internet, but I sketched the face without any references)

hey there.. yeah.. soul reaver.. loved that game:)

your stuff is not bad at all.. i think you got some really good things going on..
you just still have alot to learn.. but its a fun tide to be on so i hope youll stay along with the rest of us.

what i think mostly of these is that you are afraid.. loosen up.. stop caring so intensly..
but yeh.. loosen up.. puke on the paper really.. dont trust/force your first lines as the good ones.. play with them.. find the right ones..

just play and have fun.. dont try to make pretty pictures.. you'll simply fail
dance on paper.. thats really it..

I tried to draw a sketch, which I could trie to color with Photoshop.
Its a Drow, cause, at the moment, I'm reading "War of the spider queen".
I started to color the sketch but, i dont like the colors, so I sartet with coloring it a Different way.
