[ I'm feeling a discreet lack of blurbs today. ]
[ You might also share this feeling. ]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ Later, that afternoon: ]
[ If it's not blatantly obvious already: Include the octoped in the pic... ]
[ They'll all be standing on, or near, the machine. ]
[ If it's not patently apparent already: The octoped is a vehicle... ]
[ "octoped" means 8-legged, of course. ]
[ Right on. ]

While not exactly hill-climbing, it more gracefully brushes hills for momentum.

In a brief respite, the crew of the Peak Breaker Octo 1 take time away from testing their machine, for some public relations. A few photos, a short interview, and they'll be back, pushing the limits as they run across the desert.
painter, hour I suppose

2 hrs or so. A view from the top of the octoped. Although the only thing making it an octoped is the fact that I called it an octoped. oh well, i liked the composition too much.

Mitze thats great, how did you do those textures on the guys in the foreground and the big leg up front? It looks very much like oil paint.

A group of friends test running the octoped climber. Taking a group photo to celebrate their success... and lo and behold, the 7th member appears...
