So i had this weird dream about CA...

Ok, random thread, but i thought it was crazy enough to share. Anything goes in the lounge, yes? :)

In the dream i am attending a CA workshop of somekind. Davi is the one teaching today, and since its my dream, Davi is roughly 20, female, blonde and drool worthy. Hey, its my dream. Well, she assigns us a project for the day where we need to create a character or a group of characters surrounding the theme of "Being cut in half". Someone, i don't remember who, thought the best way to get an A+ is to actually cut themselves in half and present themselves as their project...we all laugh as he bleeds to death and tell him we had to draw something, not act something out. Not sure who he was, but he was chubby, and had short black hair. You do the math on that one.

Well, strange thing, we all start to draw outside in those extremely uncomfortable school desks you had waaay back in 4th grade, you remember. Davi is coming around and she is commenting on everyone's work and it seems like everything is going good, until i look down at the paper in front of me. For the life of me, i couldn't draw anything but simpson's style characters, and ended up drawing those bunnies by matt groening and draw them cutting each other in half. Lame, i know, and it was pissing me off in the dream too.

Finally Davi comes by, takes a look at my drawing, and proceeds to scold me for 15 minutes about how copyrighted cartoons can't be used in commercial work and how i was overlooking the true meaning of the project...and it was when she started going into the true meaning of concept art, that i woke up.

wow, thats crazy.. I dreamt that I was burned alive but, only my arms, face and torso and that an attorney from my job was the doctor that was going to operate on me but, decided to take a nap on my bed while I was in agonizing pain. Ive also been having alot of dreams about my two friends who are getting married next year.. the second one in a week.. weird...

Wow i dreamed yesterday, that me and my family were outside our house and i looked to the town and a boeing 747 crashed (its a small town so the plane loooked huuuge like the town itself) and in the meanwhile another 747 tried to land (though we have no airport here) and it got hit by the plane crashing... so the explosion carried a front end of the plane towards our house... it was very small when i saw it on the ground... it was burning with fire and i tried to jump across it, i burned myself allittle so i jumped back and then i woke up.....

I dreamed that I was making a pic, kinda steam-punk / post war enviro...and that was it actually, the entire dream was the process of making this in photoshop from scratch.

I woke up when there was only a few touch ups left...So is very frustrating to find that in reality...the canvas was empty :(.

Happens to me a lot...I ussually keep doing the same things I´m doing when I´m awake.

i actually dreamed that i was on a workshop last night. I had been travelling really far, but i couldnt get in cuz she said i hadnt paid the tuition..

I think that dream reflects the monetary trouble i've been having lately. :P

Right after the workshop I kept dreaming I was giving a lecture on a completely unrelevant subject and my mic kept screwing up and doing feedback and everyone was staring at me funny. I actually did that dream many times but the subject of my lecture was invariably stupid.

Man I wish I had some crazy dream, I very rarely remember that I had dreamt at all let alone any details of it.
Though I do remember a few weeks ago I dreamt that I was good at drawing, then while sketching realized I was dreaming, and tried taking mental notes on how I was drawing so I could use it when I woke up. :(

You know I had a dream about ca too the other night.
There was going to be a workshop in my local town, The instructers didnt look like what they are supposed to in real life. It was wierd Mike hussar had a wide goatee and he was dressed up like a hells angel in all leathers. Android was some young teenage ginger hillbilly who needed a haircut. I shook the hands of the instructers but I had a giant piece of toffee in my mouth so I couldnt talk to them properly I was just mumbling crap to em. Then they went into a fish and chip shop.

i really wish i remembered it clearly, but my dream last night was something with Android and Steak and me and my friends getting mixed up between two rival mafia families (and of course, Android and Steak were in the one that me and my friends wronged). something got stolen, there was a singer who couldnt sing (like Ash Simpson), and some other stuff. i ended up meeting 'Droid and Steak and they, being the great guys that they are, decided to help protect me from their familia. couple of kung fu fights, including a 'sword' fight with broken chair legs...in the end it all worked out well. i just wish i remembered the details...funny thing, i do remember that Steak reached for the stolen book that i had hidden in my pants, but most of the dream is all a blur...

Probably one of the weirdest dreams I ever had started out with me picking up my late grandfather with my bicycle, he was still alive at that time but was suffering heavily from Dementia or Alzheimer disease, so sad...
Anyway my grandfather sat down on the bike with me and we drove to a place where we were going to visit some of my friends, when we got there I called out to my friends to hold my grandfather because he was falling of my bike. They were to late and my grandfather fell. I then looked at him but suddenly my dear grandfather had morphed into a buddy of mine who was totally OD-ing on the ground, shaking heavily and foam coming from his mouth. Then suddenly this guy showed up with a shotgun and shot his head of, he said my friend had Rabies and he had to kill him :upset: then I woke up.
