Orc head painting

hey guy just some photoshop doodling... I'm still getting the hang of this.

This is straight out of my head with no ref so the anatomy i'm sure is a bit off.

I still have a lot of detailing and highlights to do. I need to choose on a consitant shadow color too started with reds and then went with blues for contrast. please let me know what needs work. I appreciate the feedback thanks!

Yeah his whole face is warped rightwards, you can easily fix this now before doing anything else - with the photoshop transform function, if nothing else.
