Ummm....Yeah. (I think this thing was inspired by the 'multi-fish' seen in God of Cookery.)

MoroTurkey, YOU DID IT!!!
Great concept (in my eyes at least )!!! As i am very interested in the deep sea, this creature is an awesome thing to look at...the facial expression of the little fishes is hilarious :p
My fingers are itching to work on this further...maybe i'll do this if i have some time at the weekend...only if it's ok for you...
Thank you for this inspiration and awesome image...

Little Nemo meets FRANKENSTEIN's prototype. Or is it the RE-ANIMATOR's test run. ;) I think it's cool. How about putting it into photoshop and giving it some richer colors.
I'm so psyched to see Little Nemo.

Actually, I don't really know how to use Photoshop well enough to do that...(Anyway, it's thousands of feet underwater and there wouldn't be too many colors.=p)
I am also psyched up about FINDING NEMO...It looks pretty great.^__^

Here it is...it turned out not as good as i expected and it was done rather quickly...but it's a snapshot from this creature in it's real environment of the deep sea...

That's not too bad, Fozzybar, and pretty realistic. Moro Turkey, I think you should look into learning either Photoshop or Painter... or both actually. It's just a little added skill under your belt is all. Once you know one of them, the other isn't too hard to pick up. I think one of the tablet companies actually give you a copy of Painter classic. It's a good start.

Nice...(Maybe you should ask first and stuff...I feel guilty now.)
I don't think you'd have reflections like that underwater, though. Those are the kind of reflections you get on something that's both above water and slimy. Maybe I'm wrong.

Moro my man, what technique did you use for this one and what format (size) it is?
Looks COOL!!

Ha ha...I didn't do the really good version.=p
But anyway, the original is just acrylics on canvas...(I used magic marker for the underdrawing. Luckily I scanned it before I varnished it, because the varnish, like, dissolved the magic marker, hehe. It still looked decent after that and it went to auction at Balticon, so it wasn't a total disaster.^^)
Oh...I am a she, btw.
Thanks for the nice words!!!

My apologies :o .
If your marker is alcohol based don’t use it with Acrylics.
Still Moro, I like this version.
:D

I thought about this, too. But i think it depends on the material...fish scales reflect light this way...of course the light of bioluminescent sources isn't that strong...in reality (deep sea) you would see nothing then green/white dots...no shape or forms...so i had to cheat a little bit...
sorry again...

Nah, it's cool...
Actually, would it be okay if I put it on my website? I can link you and stuff.^__^
(One of my friends, following your example, made his own photoshopped version of it, so I can have a gallery of differently colored fish pics. Andy Warhol-style.=p)
