Hi ppl~ im fairly new here, my 2nd post

here are my drawings of faces i did on skytrains and buses (vancouver)
this was for drawing project, that i have to do one drawing everyday, so i picked drawing ppl's faces during the 1 hour commute time from home to school

it was quite fun at first wondering to myself wth ppl will think when i draw them, (well of course i tried not to be obvious ) but turn out ppl are cool with it, some even asked me to draw them and show them afterwards =D

as you can see its quite difficult to draw anything on a bus *SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE, therefore the results are better on a much stable transport like skytrain
(subways above ground, im pretty sure US has them. they were quite fascinating to me at first.)

later on, the last 2 portraits are done in my BORRRRING english class, cant beleive they need english class in art school?... damn
but the good thing is everyone is so bored and drained they lie on their chair pretty much motionless. so the last 2 turned out EXceptionally well!

i only researched on some books before doing them, so learned a great deal outta this. post it up here and see how u guys like it, so do please CRIT CRIT Crit!! :teeth: kthxbai!

good sketches, tis quite the skill to master to sketch faces quickly from life. i like the variation in the faces. if ya do it again, try quicker sketches with just quick lines, perhaps in pen. that is a great exercise. i especially like the 'julian' one at the bottom, just something about that one, its got the edge.
