well.. they dont look that bad.. but you would need to work.. on your lines.. and shading.. to define shape...
your hands... try to make your lines a more solid and not sketchy sketchy

agree with the lines thing said above, do them smoooooth. maybe take a minute just to do some smooth lines on some paper before ya draw. doesnt work for everyone tho, but it could loosen you up a bit. definetely work on contrast, and really dont smudge pencil at this stage. work on rendering without smudging. smudging=not good. maybe try some hatching or simple scribble rendering to create tone. and take your time with it too.
the hands are a little on the long side at the mo, try make them approximately the same length as the fingers average length (i say this but i havent got it down yet either :P)
keep drawing, only way to go.

Heya, yeah also be careful with the proportions of your faces.
Don't worry so much about getting all the details perfect yet, do quick sketches of as any faces and heads as you can. The last pic almost looks like you've stopped drawing the face below the cheekbones and squeezed everything upwards.
I know it can be hard to not fuss over your lines sometimes, but if you loosen up a little and try and work on getting the general feel of things first before putting in details, you'll probably notice a lot of improvement. :) Keep it up!

Thanks for all the help. I really need it.
@ White Rose-'ll try my best not to be so sketchy.
@Wookiedaboo- I'm very afraid of rendering but i'll try.
@Cwn Annwn-Your right agout the last pic. I felt somethinwas wrong but I didn't know what. I always seem to have those feelings.
