Whether or not his or her work is "finished" is a right reserved exclusively for the artist of the piece. But thank you for your concern :)

If you look at the majority of the work that is posted here you'll notice that this is not up to par with the standards applied to a finished piece. With that said there are some anatomy issues with the forearms, and the cape isn't attached. Also, you should have at least cleaned up the smudges from the pencils.

yes, but within these forums that right is reserved to the mod. We shall see if your piece is "finished" shortly.

Just looks like a quick loose sketch to me. And stylised or not, his hands & arms are currently not conforming to any laws of natural anatomy. I like the way you have done the hair, but I think on the whole, 15mins spent on clean up would improve this piece ten fold.

I think the left elbow may be a little too high, but i didn't detect anything major. However you're welcomed to paintover where you think is wrong.
If everyone feels that this thread should be moved, then move it. Aslong as I'm getting constructive critisim, I guess I don't mind... At this point it just bothers me that you guys pay more attention to which forum it's in rather than the picture itself.

right arm looks pretty weird elbows way too high.... and another main issue is where the arm touches the cloth on his rite arm. if his arm s straight then it doesnt really feel like its attaching to his body... line weight s kinda same around the image.. which makes it looks kinda flat... reference barogue?
color s not very touchy either...and looks effortless... maybe thats wat u shooting for... but at least attach the cape to the body?
this peice diffinetly needs more work and looks like u took a picture of ur sketch and painted with low opacity... or under... thats y the background s grey? maybe erase the dirt? or paint in a background to get more contrast? anyways... nice attempt and keep trying =)

Wait...he's standing still and his cape is flying?
His hips appear to be a little thin too.
This is nowhere near finished.

Well, at this point Im not sure how many other people would even want to crit your work because of your snot like attitude. You have more then enough posts on this forum to know how things work. It has nothing to do with paying attention to the artwork but, more of a respect for those who put in all their efforts to say "It Finally Finished" hence the name of the forum.
Now for the artwork... I kinda like his face and what you did with the hair but, why is he sad? There is no other indication in the drawing why he should be sad.. Try to tell a story with your artwork and makes sure it explains whats going on. the viewer shouldnt have to think to much about whts going on and really shouldnt ask too many questions. Maybe in abstract and modern art but, certainly not in illustration/ comic art. I would personally do without the cape entirely... He has the superman t-shirt on and thats explains enough about why its called superboy. I would also place the figure on the right side of the pge as opposed to the left and give your canvas space more room on top.. being that you cut off his legs you should give him more room over his head to solidify why you did that.... also, if you think his elbow is too high then why didnt you change it?
