SEIGE!! I need help.

OKay so I wanted to do something cinematic with good lighting and composition. I chose to do this scene after sketching out a few thumbnails. Theres a massive battle going with the city in the background. What do you guys think?

I think you can do a lot more with your lightning,

why not make a big light source between the two buildings. This will concentrate our view far more to the two main characters. This also gives you the opertunity to darken things way more on the left and right sight of your picture creating a lot more tension. And because we don't see all the people then we will most probably create a lot huger scene in our mind then what we are seeing now.

hello again domo,

this is heading into the right direction, but I think you can exegerate it far more. I hope you don't mind sloppy fast paint-overs with mouse, but I think this should give you a bit the idea of what I'm talking about;

no man...I dont mind paint overs at all. I mean I want to learn and I have a lot of learning to do so thankyou. I always, always make the mistake of submitting my work without asking people about my WIP. So really this is helping, Im hoping you can keep tabs on my work.
