grrrr, can someone explain to this noob how i get an image from my comp into this space here?? sorry if you've explained it a million times but i need some help here.

Upload it somewhere and then put the URL between these tags [IMG ] [/IMG ] leave out the spaces.

upload it where, my e-mail. a web site? i still don't have my own website yet so am i screwed? thanks for your responce and patience.
