HELP! Numbers

So basically my whole computer was wiped and i lost all my fonts and references... etc. Im working on this thing because I just started football practice, so I need a little help with a reference.

I need block numbers... think Minnesota Vikings or Carolina Panthers numbers. The typical Varsity sports numbering...

any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!
