i just spent an hour or so painting my son (in p-chop). started as a sketch, ended up being a touch better than i expected. if poportions are off, well, it's 4 am, and there's no sleep for a new father

The pillow looked like his hand at first! I thought "bloody hell... BIG hand.." then I realised.. well at least I hope it's not his hand ;]

I can understand how hard it must've been to paint at 4am. I'm sure if you can recognise shapes in the dark (looks like you had the lights low?), you'll have no problem with them in light.

Just need to smooth out some areas. The proportions are off a little... the face just looks a little skewed.
