I love that last picture, well in the context of the first.
On no.2 have you played with putting 'his forest' more central to the picture? Either by cropping the current picture, or taking another picture in the same style?

I don't really have an opinion on the first picture. I don't think I'm really meant to, is it just there to set the scene for the following pictures? I do like the way the bug just looks so out of place on the stone when it really sould be on something brown and speckley like itself.
