I think there's a hidden tentacle grabbing his nuts. ;]

Nice pic. I like the clean detail you got going there. Nice style. The big dude's arm looks odd... I think it's the elbow area. The guy to the right of him with the sword and shield. His arm looks odd too. The upper arm looks almost as flat as a pancake. It's making the whole arm look like it's 'bending' like paper.

Good observations (except for the "nuts" thing). After looking at this again I can see the vague anatomy. And I can definitely improve on my drawing of cloth and wrinkles.
