Pantone ink mixable mediums?

Hey there, does anyone know what type of medium or liquid mixes with pantone inks (alcohol based) as to make thinner or enhance the amount able to be used?

if they are alcohol based mix it with alcohol^^
(no vodka here)
denatured alcohol (98%) should do it

you'll have to try how much you can mix it
