I think the emotion of the character isn't very clear. The thing that throws me off the most is how his eyes look in different directions.
Also, his back is very rigid and takes away from the cartoonyness. also, the light source on his pants and shirt dont match the light on his shoes or the pc. hope this helps!

I like your line work, my biggest problem with this is the color. It's flat and not very interesting. By flat I mean that in each area you choose a single color and then spray (I'm guessing airbrush tool) a lighter or darker version of the same color- you don't vary the saturation or temperature at all. Also as Tasu said, there is no consistent light source.
