Quick intro: Hello, first of all sorry for the bad spelling, I bought a Sony DSC-W30 not so long ago and as I would always fancy this kind of art I thought it wont hurt giving it a shot, so please bare with me untill I get better at it :)
Just two for now, little photoshop editing, colour saturation and contrast ( please ignore the 'Trade mark sign" and the ugly borders )
PS: Theese are low resolution 400x304 images, photobucket resizes them, if you have any sugestion's about where to upload some higher resolution versions please let me know.

welcome to the forum, first of all be sure you clean your keyboard before trying to get a shot :D...next suggestion ... try fitting your whole subject in the picture like in your second one, try learning more about composition and lighting:) hope we`ll see more from you soon

Hey there! you've made the best choice of your life when you decided to go into photography :P.
I really like the dog's nose photo. It's got a great focal interesr. Good job. :)
The keybord shot, geeee... keyboards really have something about them, dont they. Hoewver i relly never could understand what. Also i never managed to get a good pic of a keyboard. Anyways... :P
As for Photobucket, to get read of the Account options top right and change the max size to 1024 kb. Also, before uploading the pic try to keep it to 800x600, it's the best resolution for posting.
Keep it up!

I dont think photo one needs to be entirely fit into the photo frame.
And I dont see any reason for you to look at the lighting/composition tutorials.. so far all's good.. i see no fault technically.

bare with me, im tierd and just got out of hosptal....2 ok shots, htere is room for improvment, the gog, its a shame that it wasnt centerd as it lost a lot of it apel as a image because what you wanted to see was missing. The keyboard, for god sake clean your keyboard :) again it was ok, the photo needed to be more centerd hough as he plastic suppround was not nessery to see.......... to tierd to even care abou spelling, sorry

hehe, good to see people replying already, thank's everybody:
first off, the keyboard: well I thought this would come up, actually I have more then one keyboard's this one I haven't used in some time ( not that the one I am curently using isn't filthy just not that much :dur: )
born_stubborn: Will do, I have to learn about alot of stuff, curently I'm focusing on learning how to properly use the camera :bashful: so when I get to composition and lightning I will ( or should ) know how to get the best photo under those conditions.
ivy'sgrandkid: Yes I know, I was verry upset about that, I chased the dog half a day to get him to stay still, and I still don't know how I got him not to move :er: damn energic dog.
Le Gab:yes, yes keyboards :x just couldn't resist; thank's for the photobucket tip it was really anoying not knowing what the cause was.
claudeEGYPT: thank you, should probably go through alot of tutorials :rendered:
samsite999: no problem I could understand the messege, thank's alot will try to do better next time :)
The following are taken in about the same period as those before, will post a descripiton tommorrow morning pretty tired right now.

Buna Dimineata. :) Was hoping to hear from you, been watching ur pics, glad there are people out there who can make our crap of a country look good for a change. :rendered:Will defenetly keep practicing, as for the manual read it a couple of times, I just wished it was more explicit about some things.
Regarding the pictures uploaded last night: #1 I'm not the least bit happy with that one :( I cropped it but I couldnt crop it out of center because there was nothing else to watch, the colours came out fine I suppose (didn't edit the colours using anything)
#2: Don't know why I uploaded this nothing interesting about it.
#3: Grad photo, a portrait of a friend of mine the subtle contempt on his face was to priceless not to show :D
Before I go: Been playing with macro's and flash last night ( I know I ain't supposed to just couldn't help myself) this is all the proof I need that macros, flash and metal dont mix; after alot of editing in photoshop I came out with this:
