to critique you I'd say think about what you want to communicate and work on bringing your surroundings into that more. It makes sense to put batman on the roof overlooking a city but the mood of his surroundings are solemn while he's in mid action. The background feels more cohesive with a batman perched in the darkness prowling. Use your surroundings to reinforce your statement. Maybe if Batman is flying down and hitting the edge of the roof the perspective would be more overblown and skewd . . this empasizes movement in the moment.

Your technique is great and speaking stylistically, what i've said above could be easily opposed. In terms of your growth though, thoughts like above will really help you.

I like the color of Batman better in the blue re-color. But I liked the lights you had in the windows in the background on the first original color. Also I agree with above statement ...I think having batman in more of a stance would suit the feel of the pic more. An even bigger observation is that there is no accumilation of snow anywhere . There should be little piles built up on the window sills, the ledge he's standing on and the gargoyle. Would help sell the fact its Winter a lot better I think.

Love Batman and love this piece! You got that Pat Lee look, not big on that his left hand and i think his head is to long. Love the coloring and the background work is excellent! great job

I love the snow effect. The left arm with the clenched fist is a little wonky though. Overall great job! :)

Looks really cold out, nicely done. The orange in windows in the original looked good like deomonte21 said. They made the buildings look warm on the inside.
